  Originally I'd left a negative review for the processing and handling of my tax return. However after speaking to Paul (owner), who has gone out of his way to contact me regarding the experience I had, I'm confident that SBG care for their clients. Whilst I'll admit that my review (a first Google review at that) was reactive, I stand by the fact that initially the service wasn't great. Speaking to Paul I see that the underlying issue was of no fault of theirs and series of miscommunication compounded the negative experience. With that said I feel a resolution was met and that gives me confidence in considering their services again. I will add that if you do need accountancy services, consider SBG as they have assisted my family in the past with particularity difficult circumstances which I'm grateful for. In closing you won't go wrong by approaching SBG for your accountancy needs, especially with the rise of larger less customer focused, marketing heavy firms and currently unreliable government portals which don't achieve half the level of service you can expect by going with SBG.
